Sustainable Forestry Tours - FREE

OSU Extension Service offers FREE, 90-minute guided tours as part of monthly Community Forestry Days. Our volunteers invite you to join them for lunch at noon - bring pot luck - or enjoy a picnic either before or after your tour. Tours begin at 2:00 p.m. in the main parking lot.

Ride along in the tree farm bus, with a few stops along the way for short walks to get a closer look at recent activities in the forest: reforestation projects, thinning and pruning demonstrations, watershed protection, wildlife habitat enhancements, and wildfire prevention.

Group size is limited. Please call 503-632-2150 to make reservations, or schedule a private tour at your convenience for your group, family, or friends.
