Community Forestry Day, Yes, It Matters How You Stack the Sticks: November in the forest we pile and burn or chip slash; and we prune young conifers. Indoor tasks include gear inventory, equipment and tool maintenance and sharpening, general cleaning in the shop and office. If you have a favorite hearty recipe you want to share for lunch with our volunteers, please join our community in the forest.
